Michael Hickey- Chief Executive Officer/Owner

Michael Hickey is the CEO of Professional Gas Systems (PGS). In his role, Mike has overall responsibility for business development, product development, and market development activities, which include outreach, communications, education, research, technical integrations, product commercialization, safety, training, and compliance programs including industry requirements and certification.

Mike’s 35+ year career was shaped by the marks of integrity and ethics. Mike used his experience in this industry to change and grow PGS, identify goals, operating philosophy, strategy and values. Mike is very passionate about formulating new ways of doing business to improve competitive positioning and evaluate new opportunities that create competitive advantage and value. Mike’s vision of our ability to understand and utilize technology will have a substantial and positive impact on propane from an e-commerce perspective, opening up additional opportunities and ways of selling our product and services.

Preya John- Chief Operating Officer/Owner

Preya John is the COO of Professional Gas Systems (PGS). In her role, Preya focuses on the overall business development, management of financial planning and business analytics across all departments. Preya joined the PGS team from FPUC, where she spent 9+ years as a District Manager within the Propane Operations in South Florida regions. There, she has developed and managed the operational infrastructures such as the Bulk Plant, Rail/Wholesale, Installation/Service, Delivery, Customer Service, Call Center, and Sales.

She has led multiple transformation efforts to enhance the operating model at FPUC which led Preya to build high-performing teams that delivered business results and improved customer satisfaction and retention. Being a visionary business thinking professional for over 19+ years has allowed her to articulate success in developing, strategizing, and administering within any organization.

Preya began her career within the Propane Industry at Ferrellgas in 2006, which developed her to be the leader she is today within this Industry and for PGS.
